Ultra-high temperature sterilizer is used for instantaneous sterilization of liquid and liquid materials. It is used in the production of beverage, dairy products, ice-cream paste, wine making process and other sterilization equipment.
2. Working Principle of Coil Sterilizer
The ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer is equipped with a pressure vessel-high temperature barrel in the main engine for filling pressure steam. The main settings outside the barrel are spiral double sleeves, which are used for the cold and heat exchange between the incoming and outgoing materials. The main settings inside the barrel are spiral single tubes, which are used for indirect heating.
3. Sterilization process of Ultra High Temperature Instantaneous Sterilizer material:
Material is preheated by feeding pump entering the outer runner of the double coils and indirectly heating the hot material flowing out from the inner layer. When material enters the high temperature coil set in the high temperature barrel, it is heated to the required sterilization temperature due to indirect heating of steam in the barrel, and then it is insulated in the single-rotating tube outside the barrel to kill the bacteria of the material. When it returns to the double coils, the material enters the inner part. Laminar channel is cooled by the outer cooling material, which makes the outlet temperature drop significantly (generally below 65 C).
If the discharge temperature needs to be raised or lowered technically, the angle shutoff valve can be used to connect the heat source (steam) or heat source (water or ice water, etc.) to the outer runner at the lower end of the double sleeve.
The throttle valve of the ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer can be adjusted. On the one hand, the material is kept under a certain pressure to raise its boiling point temperature to prevent vaporization; on the other hand, it is also used to regulate the flow rate.
The material is eventually removed by a three-way cock. The lower end of the cock is followed by a rotary tube whose outlet will hold a storage tank. When necessary, the rotary tube can be rotated to align with the overflow tube. The upper end of the feed tee cock is connected with the storage tank, while the lower end is connected with the material source pipeline.
When the processing capacity needs to be improved, the U-shaped pipe can be removed and replaced by a centrifugal pump.
This ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer belongs to hand-controlled sterilizer. The sterilization temperature is regulated by Angle Globe valve, and the discharge temperature can be changed by Angle Globe valve. Steam pressure gauge, sterilization temperature gauge and Electric Motor discharge temperature gauge are installed on the main engine.
4. Operation and use of coil sterilizer
4.1 Inspection before using UHT sterilizer:
Whether the safety valve and pressure gauge are damaged or not.
Whether the road of the equipment is smooth or not
Whether the flow direction of the discharge tee cock is downward (to the overflow pipe).
Whether the rotary tube is aligned with the overflow tube in the tank.
Is the tank full of water?
4.2 Normal Operation of Ultra-high Temperature Sterilizer
Open the clear water valve on the tank (user self-connection)
Turn the handle of the feeding tee cock tSpecialized Case & Box o inject clean water into the feeding pump.
Start the feeding pump and run with water instead of material.
Open the steam valve, control the angle stop valve, inject steam iElectronic Instrument nto the high temperature barrel, and observe the value of pressure gauge and thermometer, regulate the valve, so that the temperature meets the requirements.
Close the clean water valve, when the water in the tank will be exhausted, change the feed position of the three-way cock to let the material into the feed pump.
When the material is discharged by the rotary tube, the material is flowed into the trough by rotating the rotary tube, and the position of the three-way cock for discharging material is changed to start discharging.
To observe the temperature of sterilizer and adjust the angle shutoff valve, the steam pressure should be gradually increased for the heatElectrode sensitive materials to prevent scaling and blockage caused by excessive temperature.
