Characteristics
1.Unique water level control device in ultrasonic water tank accurately control the water level. Vial mouth is always higher than water level.
2.The ultrasonic and high pressure air pumps have a time-delayed shutdown function when there is no vial coming in (time is adjustable).
3.The pressure of the spray water and compressed air is detected by pressure switch or pressure transmitter. Vial feeding stops when the pressure of spray water or compressed air is lower than the set value, and machine alarms by audible and visual alarm.
4.High pressure hot air blow drying with temperature detecting, adjusting and alarm. Cooling water recycling device is equipped for high pressure hot air (water chiller is excluded).
5.Parameters real time monitoring. Data can be output by printer or USB drive.
6.This machine can be installed between capper and labeling machine to compose linkage line.
