Clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through air distributor. The wet raw material fed from the feeder forms the fluidizing state by hot air. Because of the complete contact between hot air and raw materials, drying time is very short. Hot air enters from one side of the dryer and discharged from the other side after several seconds of fluidizing. The dryer works under negative pressure.
XF model horizontal fluidized bed dryer is consists of air filter, fluidized bed, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-speed centrifugal fan, operation table, and so on. Because of the different features from different raw materials, it is necessary to equip the bag filter in accordance with particle size.

Application of Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer>>>

It is widely used for medicines, chemical raw material, foodstuff, and so on. The suitable diameter of raw material will be 0.1-6mm. The best diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.
Inorganic matter: sodium perchlorate, persulphates, sodium perborate, basic nickel carbonate.
Organic matter: Aminoguanidine bicarbonate, Hydantoin, 1-chloroanthraquinone, tartaric acid, sodium tartaric acid, potassium tartrate, o-Chlorobenzoic acid.
Medicine: sulfadiazine, sulfathiazole, clarithromycin, L-tryptophan, tetracycline, sulfadoxine.
Food and feed additives: Oxathiazinone dioxide, feeding chlortetracycline, potassium sorbate, betaine.
Dye: red base, Cationic Golden Yellow X-GL, Cationic Red X-GRL, Cationic Blue X-GRRL.
Pesticides: chlorpyrifos, glyphosate, phosethyl-Al, tebuconazole, acephate.
Chemical Agents: ferrocene, casein.
