Door Features

1. Material:
Our front doors are made of 2" x 6" and 12 GA low carbon steel tubes with 1/2" to 5/8" wrought iron for design artwork.
2. Anti-rust treatment:
All doors are fully sand blasted, applied with hot zinc spraying, epoxy primer painting twice, acrylic black painting, hand faux finish and varnish coating for best possible anti-rusting.
3. Glass windows:
Each front door includes dual-pane tempered insulating glass panels as door windows. And door windows are hinged and operable for easy cleaning.
4. Handle and Lock:
Option A: Hand forged pull handles and quality deadbolt lock
Option B: Handle-set
5. All doors will be pre-hung for quality inspection before delivered.
6. Weather stripping around the door and glass frame.
7. All hardware necessary to assemble and install our doors is included.
8. Accept any of custom designs

10. All doors are insulated with polyurethane foam in the door jamb, window frame and door panels.Door Production

Packing & Delivery
Packing:
1. Standard packing: Bubble wrap and then PE foam with wood skid.
2. Customized packing is acceptable.
Delivery:
Doors will be delivered and shipped by sea from Xiamen port within agreed delivery time against deposit payment.Contact Us

I have my own design, can you make it by my design?
Yes, custom designs are acceptable. Just send us the design drawing or picture, we will make it accordingly. And before production, will send you CAD drawing for approval.
What is your payment term?
For orders amount USD3000 or below, full payment is requested. Orders above USD3000, payment will be 50% in advance and balance before shipment.
I am far away from you, how can i insure the quality?
We will send you photos of each production step to follow up, or you can come inspect on site, products will be shipped only against your /confirm/iation. So do not worry about the quality.
