Unpowered Roller Type Battery Formation Tank
I. General
This proposal is designed for the battery formation charging tank, primarily used for lead-acid battery water cooling formation.
After filling acid, the automatic conveyor will transfer the batteries to the end of the formation charging tank. The operator will manually move the batteries into the formation charging tank, switch on the water inlet. When water reaches the preset water level, switch off the inlet. When the formation charging is completed, manually switch off the system, drain off the water in the tank, and move the batteries onto the conveyer. The conveyor will automatically move the batteries to the next process.

3. Perfect crafts design:The tank uses 5mm thick transparent PVC on the top two sides. This creates better seeable working condition at night and on days with less ambient light. Suction pipe located right on the top side of the tank; reduce the size of the original suction hoods. This reduces and optimizes the crafts involved in making the body of the tank.
4. Innovative ways to press and fasten the end plates of the tank. The end plates used the quick release buckles to fasten. 2. The adjustable frame supports are made of 40*40 square tube;
3. The chain plate is made of PP: effective width is 400mm per row;
4. The speed of the conveyor moves at 10m/min; each section has its own speed reducing
mechanism.
5. The main driving wheel uses a double-chained gear.
6. The height of the chain plate to the ground is between 640 and 680mm, which is adjustable.

Circulation Water Cooling System
I. General
This document if made for the cycling water cooling system used for the formation tank, primarily
used for the cooling inside the tank.
As the batteries generate heat during the charging process, the surface temperature of the
batteries will increase. But, according to the craft requirement, this temperature needs to e
regulated and controlled to achieve the optimum effect. Thus, it is required for us to apply water
cooling inside the tank during charging. This cycling water cooling system is composed of cooling equipment, variable frequency water supply device, and the cycling cooling channels.
A Cooling tower is used as the cooling device in this system. The air inside the cooling tower gets in contact with the water (direct or indirect) to achieve the heat exchange, thus cool down the water. A circular counter-flow cooling tower is used in this process. Water, acts as a recycling coolant in this case, releases the heat it absorbed from the system back to the atmosphere. This reduced the air temperature inside the tower and enables the cooling water to be re-used again.
The water supply uses a variable frequency water supply device to ensure a constant pressure
inside the pipeline.

Acid Fume Treatment System

Acidic air →suction hood →air ducting→ blower →acid fume scrubber →air pipe →discharging into the air
4. Process Description
With the dynamic strength of the blower, the dusty acid will go through the suction ducting into the acid fume scrubber. The acid fume will go up the first level spraying section from the bottom of the scrubber. The absorption liquid will spray out from the evenly placed nozzles; the numerous fine fog-drops will contact with the gas and have chemical reaction. The gas will go up to the packing layer. The turbulence of the small packing balls, with the wind dynamic force, will make the gaseous phase lead have chemical mass transfer reaction with the strong alkaline matter in the spray. The reacted substance will flow down to the bottom storage tank. The harmful gas which hasn't been completely absorbed will go up to the second level spraying section. The absorption liquid will spray out from the evenly placed nozzles; the numerous fine fog-drops will contact with the gas and continue to have chemical reaction. Just like the first level absorption process, the gas will enter into the demister on the top of the scrubber. The absorption liquid contained in the gas will be cleared away and the clean gas will be discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust chimney.
In order to prolong the service life of the equipment, both the ducting and scrubber is made of PP material.
