Features:
1. Working principle: Drive workpiece to move slowly by controlling of Gas-liquid system so as to clear away the Oxide layer and uneven place of welding surface by flash. Then heat the ends of workpiece, afterwards, machine give the upsetting force very quickly to make the welding ends penetrating and cementing .
2. Adopting micro-computer controller to control complete process of welding in clamping, flash, upset, holding, stop, with very high precision.
3.The quality of welded product is high , sealing is better, without loose-weld, without gas pore, firm and beautiful.
4. Be widely used for butt welding tube, bar, sheet metal, section steel which materials are carbon steel, alloy steel and nonferrous metals ,or heterogenous metals.
