Rubber Powder Processing Machine is made up by waste tire processing machine, rubber powder crush, screening magnetic separation transmission unit. Though the waste tire processing machines, first the tire will be crushed into small ones about 3.5cm, then use the rubber crush machine(XKP400/450/560)to break the small rubber blocks, now we can get rubber particles and rubber powder which mixing with broken wire. Then use the screening magnetic separation to separate the broken wire and rubber parts totally.
