The quality warranty period for trucks is (1) for tractors 12 months or 100,000km, (2) for tippers 6 months or 60,000km, whichever occurs first. Mainly on engine, transmission, axles, frame and hydraulic lifting system. The warranty period begins on the date of the Bill of Lading.
(3) How about your After-sales Service?
When users' trucks meet with problems during the warranty period, our overseas after-sales team can arrive at the accident site, to inspect problems and help the users to solve problems.
Our after-sales team will do regular visit for our clients, to know about the situation of the vehicles.
(4) Parts Supply

(5) How long can I get the trucks after placing an order? (Delivery time)
