V-Type plow Conveyor Belt Scraper For Return Belt CleaningConveyor belt cleaners are an essential part of any conveyor system, which are integral part of your belt conveyor system to provide effective cleaning.
Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life.
Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
Application of conveyor belt cleaners:1.Primary conveyor belt scraper/cleaner to remove big stuff / eliminated carryback.
2.Secondary conveyor belt scraper / cleaner to remove sticky fines.
3.V-plow conveyor belt cleaner/scraper to cleaner inside of belt.
