Oil Purifier Technical Features:
1.based on the high efficient vacuum oil purifier, Roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5Pa.
2.Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status, which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to 70KW, resulting in an enhanced one-time filtration effect which reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifiers as caused by repeated heating.
3.Being able to remove the minimal amount of water and various gases in oil, thus ensuring zero acetylene existence. The Purifier can also serve as vacuum oil filler and dryer for transformer.
4.The advanced infrared level automatic control system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures long-term safe and reliable operation.
Use:
To be used for treatment to new oil, imported oil and super HV transformer oil, particularly applicable to 110KV power distribution system and the national grid, shortening the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.
Application:

Vacuum Heating Treatment Electric Insulating Oil Purifier can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher and make sure the electric device running safely. The machine is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

1. Especially for removing water from transformer oil, such as free water, trace water and so on by the double stage vacuum system for high voltage oil.

2. Remove gas, air content from the old high voltage transformer oil by vacuum degassing system.

3. Remove impurities, tiny particles, acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration substances by 3 stages of filters (Primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter).

4. Independent vacuum oiling system for transformers, this oil purifier can also vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation with transformers.

5. Designed for processing high voltage insulating oils in workshops, onsite power stations, purifying oil in oil storage tanks or directly in transformers(energized or de-energized transformers).

6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming detecting and eliminating to ensure machine operation easily and safely.

8.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping.
