Description
The vacuum paste mixer is used for the paste mixing section in battery production.It can automatically complete the following procedures:lead oxide feeding,lead oxide weighing,acid & water weighing,acid & water feeding,mixing and storing paste fast in vacuum condition with fully automatically control.It can produce lead paste with high quality,the fully sealed system could ensure precise recipe,and all the ingredients are kept in the materials.The equipment adopts PLC control,flowing operation and automatic production.With its reliale operation,high productivity,low consumption and low pollution,it's ideal equipment for oxide production.
Advantage

1. 1.5~2 times of production capacity compared with regular paste mixer.
2. Count yearly paste productivity as 1500 tons.For regular paste mixer,it needs to mix 1500 cycles,the tatal power consumption =33.75kwh*1500=50625KWH.For vacuum paste mixer, it needs to mix 1875 cycles,the tatal power consumpiton=14.7KWH*1875=27562.5KWH.The yearly power consumption difference is 23062.5KWH.
3. Vacuum,enclosed,zero emmisiio.The acid,water,lead powder and flotage of the materials will be recycled through condensing device,no loss of material.Ensuing the accurancy of formula and the consistency of the paste each time.
4. The material are mixed averagely with low hardness,which is better for pasting.
5. Not disturbed by outside temperature.The mixing temperature during each stage could be controlled by adjusting vacuum degree.It could avoid that the change of paste hardness and apparent gravity because of high paste output temperature.
6. The vacuum paste mixer adopts needle type rotor stirrer rotates clockwise,the mixing bucket inclines and rotates anticlockwise,forming a high-speed-difference material stream,which could ensure that there are no blind angle in the bucket and make average paste.
