Horizontal Vacuum Carbonization Furnace Applications
Special equipment for carbonization of PI thermal film, using with high temperature graphitization furnace. It can also be used in organic carbonization, powder carbonization, new materials, carbon-carbon materials, and special ceramic industries. The 1500-2400ºC ultra-high temperature furnace body is compatible with various carbonization and sintering processes.
Horizontal Vacuum Carbonization Furnace Main Features:
1. 1to1 standard structure (one set of power supply, one set of furnace body)
2. Operating temperature: 1400-2350ºC, common temperature 2850ºC, furnace chamber constant temperature zone size (600MM X 600MM x1600MM, 500mm X500mm x1300mm). The size can be customized according to customer product requirements. (In the PI thermal film industry, the general carbonization furnace size and the high temperature horizontal graphitization furnace matching customization size)

Horizontal Vacuum Carbonization Furnace Advantages:

Uniform heating, reliable heat insulation and temperature measurement system, advanced furnace chamber design concept, reasonable heating structure, and high-quality materials all ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature under vacuum condition. Using domestic and international top brands temperature measurement components to ensure the temperature measurement accuracy. Advanced temperature control system, imported digital display intelligent temperature control meter can communicate with PLC; With complete automatic temperature measurement and control process with high precision, the system can heat up according to a given heating curve, and can store 4pieces of 40 different process heating curves with single room, horizontal structure, compact and reasonable equipment layout, small footprint.
4. Advanced automatic control, comprehensive water, electricity, and gas automatic control and protection system, PLC, which can realize safety interlock with sound and light alarm forsensor breakage, over high water pressure, furnace body overpressure, over high water flow, over high water temperature, etc.. Environmental protection, energy saving, no purification essence vacuum exhaust gas, effectively protecting the normal operation of the vacuum pump and excellent the decoking effect.
5. The high temperature section of the furnace body adopts natural cooling; the low temperature section cooling can be overcharged with positive pressure inert gas to speed up the cooling rate. The furnace body explosion-proof valve is safe and reliable.
