Material Size
Iron Doors are made of 12-14 gauge steel with Iron scrollwork by 5/9" solid iron.
All iron construction is to make sure your entry door is strong and durable to stand the
test of time.
Glass Window
Each entry door includes double-panel insulated glass window that open independently.
This feature allows for ventilation, easy access for cleaning, and the safety to keep the
visitor outside who the homeowner is talking to.
Iron Door process
Loft---Assemble---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust
---base paint--- Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Hand fauxing with baked on satin overcoat to
protect finish- Face paint.
Make the entry door is maintenance-free, and the color hardly fade.
Door frames
Doorframes are square and leveled before the luxurious ball bearings hinges are positioned
and welded thereby ensuring a smooth operation of the door.
Sealed with weather stripping
and injected with foam
To conserve energy and eliminate wind drafts, the iron door is sealed with weather stripping,
and the entire door is injected with polyurethane insulation.
Welding
Most welding is performed from the inside in order not to alter smooth finish line.
Threshold
Thickness: 1"(25.4mm)
Wrought iron threshold slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside, maintaining
frame integrity during shipping and installation.
Lock and handle
Be optional.
The pre-drilled holes are compatible with most hardware.
Pre hung with installed flush bolts.

All of our doors are cracted to ensure they are properly proctected during their trip from our factory to your home. The doors are perfectly fitted inside a wood box and protected with foam around all of it s components.
This packaging protects your door and gives us the manufacturer and you
the final user more confidence to ship the doors. The wood we use for
our crates is IPPC certified (International Plant Protection Convention)
also protecting our environment and in accordance to international
shipping regulations.
