China Vertical CNC Lathe

VNL 1254S vertical CNC lathe is designed for the roughing and finishing machining of black metal and non-ferrous metals with high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools, it also can do the high-speed cutting of the internal and external cylindrical surface, internal and external conical surface, arc, screw and rotary surface.
Body:
With the application of advanced finite element analysis software, ensure its strength and rigidity, so that each part can perform the best, and ensure the stability of the accuracy.
Spindle:
The capacity of the spindle servo motor is 30KW, with ZF gearbox from Germany and two levers gears, get stepless speed regulation of 4~500r/min.
Column:
Thermal symmetry structure, improved the anti-vibration with the overall structure of the sand seal. Column is on the table base with solid pad between them, get the effects of adjustment, heat insulation, vibration isolation and increase the rigidity of machine tool. Beam lifting motor and lifting boxes are on the top of the column to ensure the beam's up and down smoothly. Racks for the beam position classification are on the sides of the column.
Beam:
Beam up and down vertically on the guide of the column through the screw driven by the biaxial stretching motor on the top of the column. High-precision linear guides are fixed on the beam, and champing structure is wedge-shaped block leveraged institution. Servo motor connect to the screw with coupling, thus get the high precision and rapid feed.
Worktable:
High-precision rolling bears are fixed in the worktable guides, fixing high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings in the radial and high-precision thrust ball bearings in the axial. Plus a pre-load in the axial, thus increase the rotation precision and load capacity of the worktable.
Drive:
Linear guides are fixed in the X-axis and Z-axis to bear the main cutting force. With auxiliary slide guide, protect and increase the capacity of the rolling guide. Driven by AC servo motor, knife rest can stepless speed regulation and rapid-moving in a speed changing area with rate switch.
System:
FANUC 0i - TD CNC system and AC longitudinal and transverse servo system have a reliable quality. The high-quality main motor with high torque and large power can realize constant linear-speed cutting.
All the machine parts are processed and assembled according to the product assembly drawings and relevant technical requirements, which are in line with relevant regulations in GB/T17421-2000 "General Machine Tool Inspection Rule" and JB/T9934.1-1999 " CNC Vertical Lathe Accuracy Test ".
