Application
This machine is widely used in FPC,PET, PVC, transfer paper (film), floor heating film, geothermal film, electro thermal film, color paper, film, name plate, flexible circuit board, mobile phone keys, 3 m glue, glue, film switch, trademark laser, scratch CARDS, self-adhesive stickers, paper, ribbon, aluminum foil and copper foil this sheet material silk screen printing.

Machine Description
Feeding Platform/Manipulator:
Feeding platform: The max feeding frame size is 500mmx500mm(can be customized), it can be adjustable after putting material on to fix them, right side, front and back sides are adjustable, it's convenient for customer to make adjustment. The max height of material feeding is about 50cm, it will automatically lifting if the amount of material decreased.
Manipulator: The manipulator picks up a whole stack of materials by suck nozzles and automatically separate materials, remove dust from materials and load materials onto the machine for aligning printing. The manipulator is capable of separating materials with thickness from 0.08 mm to 2.0 mm. The manipulator loads materials from left to right.
Dust removal: According to client requirement to add dust removal beside manipulator process dust cleaning for material before printing.
CCD Vacuum Printing Table
Printing table adopts suction design to avoid material moving and fix it on the printing table, it can give customers a superior performance, and greatly improved production yield.
CCD automatically calculates the spatial positions of the material and the screen according to the Mark points on the material and then commands X, Y and θ of the motor motion control and adjusting platform to rotate for automatic positioning printing.
Printing is performed automatically via CCD positioning and the CCD field of view is adjustable as per material dimension.
Touch Screen Operation
User-friendly PLC control combined with touch screen monitor for maximum operational convenience.
The default language is Chinese-English, customer can convert to use, we also accept other language customization.
The touch screen is used to control the lifting of the printing head to facilitate the maintenance, loading, unloading and cleaning for the screen and scraper;
CCD Registering System
Printing is performed automatically via CCD positioning and the CCD field of view is adjustable as per material dimension.

Tunnel Furnace Dryer
The outer shell of the furnace body is formed by bending and welding of T1.2mm cold plates. The inner shell is formed by bending and welding of SUS201 and T1.2mm stainless steel plates.
The conveyor belt adopts high-temperature double-wire black Teflon mesh belt, the specification is L21.25*W1.5m mesh belt, the tension is adjustable and the speed is adjustable from 0-6m, and the mesh belt support adopts φ 38*L1500mm galvanized roller.
The heating adopts medium wave heating tube heating, the total power is 45KW, and the room temperature is adjustable at -200ºC.
Safety pressing plate, photoelectric switch, emergency stop button, careful safety protection;
Adopt numerical control motor, printing and ink return speed, distance can be set by sections at will.
The brush adopts Panasonic servo motor and linear guide rail, which is fast, stable and precise;
