Main features:
1.The CNC vertical lathe machine is of roller type linear slide,with ultrahigh rigidity and overload capacity,substantially improving positioning accuracy and bearing capacity in regard to vertical and horizontal feed movement.
2.The Lathe machine tool spindle belt pilley is connected with the spindle numerical control servo motor through belt,equipped with motor 18.5KW for infinitely variable speed of wide range,satisfying different spindle speed required for parts rough machining and finish machining.
3.The CNC vertical lathe tool post is of horizontal or vertical multi-station numerical control structure,shortening tool changing time,and greatly improving work efficiency.
4.The upper end of spindle may equipped with disc type workbench or hydraulic chuck according to customer's requirements.The angling cylinder is applicable to the lower end of the spindle for compressing the processed workpiece or for controlling hydraulic chuck.
5.This lathe machine may be equipped with domestic numerical control system of SIEMENS,FANUC,GSK,KND.It is optionally by customer needs.
