Wood-plastic door Extrusion line consists of a twin screw extruder,a mould, a vaccum table, a haul-off machine and a cutting machine.
Because the raw materials and production process are not bonded with glue, no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, trichloroethylene and so on will be produced. It is a new green environmental protection material to replace traditional wood and man-made wood.
The advantages of wood-plastic doors:
1. The formulation system of wood-plastic doors is equipped with a certain proportion of auxiliary materials, stabilizers, foaming agents, modifiers, etc. All kinds of ingredients are mixed according to strict proportions to effectively ensure the quality of foamed board products.
2. Wood-plastic doors are durable, have long service life, wood appearance, higher hardness and rigidity than plastic products, have better physical properties than wood dimensional stability, and will not produce cracks, warps, no wood scars, twills and so on. It can be sawed, planed, bonded and fixed with nails or screws.
3. The water absorption rate of wood-plastic material is only 0.2%. It has good water-proof and moisture-proof performance. It also has the dual characteristics of anticorrosion, mildew-proof, moth-proof and wood and plastic. Therefore, wood-plastic suit doors are especially suitable for places with large temperature difference, humidity and poor ventilation, such as damp toilets, storage rooms with anticorrosion, mildew-proof and moth-proof, etc.
4. Wood-plastic doors have good flame retardancy. Wood-plastic suit doors do not support combustion when exposed to open fire and extinguish automatically after they are alive.
5. Wood-plastic door has good insulation and sound insulation. The material used in wood-plastic door has uniform and fine bubbles and its specially designed cavity structure, which ensures that its thermal conductivity is lower and noise reduction performance is better than that of ordinary plastic material.

A: Yes, we offer testing service on our machine. An additional testing fee will be charged depends on the testing costs(electricity, labor), however, if you eventually made a purchase with us ,the testing fee will counts as deduction of machine cost.
Q: How am I suppose to trust you the machine I received matches your description?
A:Appearance of Final products may differ from pictures shown, but we can make sure each component and technical parameters remains the same as quoted, we also provide videos of whole traceable production process if necessary.Q: Do you provide samples for free?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free but we do not pay the cost of freight. Also we can provide detailed sample pictures or videos.


Q: How can I make sure the machine running good in my plants?
