We used the restocking-sell method, if the warehouse have, we may delivery it in several days. Or 30-45days after receiving the deposit. It depends on the quantity ordered.

If the production are in our stock warehouse, no MOQ requirements for stocking production.

Q7: Can I get samples before mass orders?
A7: Yes, of course, the sample is available, but the buyer needs to double the sample because we need to customize it (50% will be returned after the tender order)
Q8: why can't you provide your test certification for each products?
A8: It's unrealistic for us to take every product to do test certifications. We can only provide test reports for most of the spare parts at first period, such as, leather, base, caster, gas lift. once you need some specified test certificate, we can arrange for you and usually will be paid by your side. but all details still can be negotiated, since we want to be your good partner in not long future.
