Structure characteristics and standard features:
1.The frame, combined structure, has been heated processed and highly frequently vibrated, that guarantees the whole
precisio n, rigidity, excellent torsion and stability of the machine.
2.Processing with the German large-scale boring-milling machine to ensure the precision.
3.Ram's moving controlled by two cylinders.
4.Mechanical torsion axis and mechanical stroke with a cylinder inside is adopted by ram synchro structure is stable.
5.With digital display device, and bending times is feedbacked by high-performance encoder.
6.Lower working table crowning device is set to ensure the processing accuracy. (The working table is composed by 3 parts, among which the middle part is the main working table, and the other twos are used for crowning through the lower working table).
7.Upper wedge crowning mechanism.
8.Back gauge is controlled by engine driven and set with manual adjustment.
9.A set of standard tools is provided with each machine.
10.All major hydraulic elements are assembled with high grade domestic famous brands , the Japan NOK seals for main cylinders and SCHNEIDER low-voltage electrics to ensure the stabilization and the working life of the machine.
