Aluminum polyurethane composite decorative sandwich panel is one type of new energy-saving exterior wall panel. The product is an integrated system for exterior thermal insulation and exterior wall decoration.
The product has three layers, the surface layer is fluorocarbon coated aluminum sheet, the middle layer is polyurethane foam, the backing layer is aluminum foil.
The surface aluminum sheet, can be painted with color, decoration pattern, or with embossing pattern. The surface layer is for the decoration purpose.
The middle polyurethane layer is PU foam, the thermal coefficient of PU foam is 0.023W/m. K, the middle layer is for thermal insulation purpose.
The backing aluminum foil layer is for protection of PU foam, to increase the thermal insulation efficiency, and increase the life time of the whole aluminum polyurethane composite decorative sandwich panel.
APPLICATION
Aluminum polyurethane composite decorative sandwich panel is widely used as exterior thermal insulation and exterior wall decoration integrated system for commercial building, hotel, hospital and residential buildings.
