China Water-Based Antirust Liquid Rust-Remover Liquid

The water based anti-rust liquid is by medium of water, made by adding multiple inhibitors and additives of high performance. The product is a kind of brown and transparent liquid with good stability, reliability and environmental-friendliness. By producing very thin protective film on the metal surface, it can effectively inhibit metals from corrosion, especial to cast iron, and provides the cleaning and lubricant functions as well. For short-term processing application, the validity of corrosion protection is up to 30 days, while for long-term application and matching with VCI paper or VCI plastic film, the validity is over one year.

Methods of application
Applies at the normal or medium temperature condition by dipping, spraying or brushing.
Concentrated liquid can be dulited subject to the material protected and working condition, for cast iron protection dilution ratio 1: 1- 1: 3 recommended.
Applies termly by dipping, spraying or brushing to parts in processing according to the material protected and environmental condition.
The product should match with VCI paper or VCI plastic film after being dried at temperature (below 65 oC ) for application of long-term protection.
Packaging and storage
Packaging:
Diluted liquid: 50kg pail, 180kg metal drum.
Concentrated liquid: 25kg pail, 50kg pail and 180kg metal drum. Both liquid may be available in custom packaging.
Storage: Stores in dry and cool place, and temperature no less than 5 oC for 6 months.
