Application: Used for leakage testing with water bath for the top cover for 36Ah~200Ah battery
Operation: The battery will be conveyed by the conveyor, after accurate positioning by the optoelectronic switch, the testing fixture will descend, the machine will blow air into the battery and the battery will be inserted into the water bath. If qualified, the battery will be lifted and conveyed to the next process. If unqualified, the machine will send out sound and light alarm, the manipulator will push the unqualified battery to the rejection table.
Feature: High detection precision, micro-leakage can be detected by the water bath, the movement is controlled by the PLC, safe and reliable; the imported pressure sensor is with high resolution ratio; testing time and pressure difference can be adjustable, it adopts special positioning device for more accurate and reliable positioning; this equipment can be tested with water bath or without water bath.
Main Configuration: 304 stainless steel frame, Mitsubishi PLC, Delta HMI, SMC pressure sensor, Taiwan technology pneumatic components, etc.
