Automatic Plastic Bottle Mineral Water Filling Machine
CGF series 3in1 bottle water filling machine combined with rinsing, filling and capping, is automatic, and is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml.Glass bottle is also suitable, just need to change the conveyor parts. Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/H to 24000B/H.
Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed faster and more stable, so compared with other models, our machine output is higher and more efficient.
The bottle water filling machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable controller(PLC)to control the machine, which makes the machine runs smoothly.

Air conveyorAir conveyor is horsed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at everyentrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in theconveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steelANSI304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.Flat conveyor
1.Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt andengine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, with compact structure, low noise, easy assembling and maintaining, good flexibility to combine thebottle type according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the controlmethod , select the electrical control component according to client's layout, to improvethe conveying stability
