3. Can you provide sample?No, our product is engineering products and special equipment for water park, and most of them is relatively large so it is not available for a sample request.
4. Can we install the water park equipment by ourselves?Yes, you can. We will provide full set of CAD instructions and sendEnvironmentLaser Equipment Protection Device technical engineer to the site for guidance if you need.
5. Can you provide civil engineering drawings for equipment?Yes, we can provide civil engineering drawing for all of our equipment.

The buyer should inform us within 14 days with photos of the problem provided after finding the quality problems. And we will send engineer to repair or replace with new same quality parts within 30 days.
