Can you provide sample?No, our product is engineering products and special equipment for water park, and most of them is relatively large so it is not available for a sample request.4. Can we install the water park equipment by ourselves?Yes, you can. If any quality problems (except man made problems and under abnormal use) happened during warranty time, for example, crack of fiSwitch berglass part,damage of the steel structures etc.
The buyer should inform us within 14 days with photos of the problem provided after finding the quality problems. And we will send engineer to repair or replace with new same quality parts within 30 days.
