imported SUS corrosion resistant plates for food industry are used to fully shield the sunlight,thus to prevent against moss growing and to obtain high water quality,
With advanced stamping techniques,we use minimum material consumption to obtain a high strength,while the weight only makes 1/3of water tank made of ordinary steel sheet.
The tank surface is covered with thermal insulation plates in close agreement with the tank body,which improve the tank appearance.
The tank profile and holding capacity meet customers requirement.No special requirement are needed on the installation site.Heat preservation can be provided.

Product Feature
Stainless steel water tanks are made from hot pressed moulded panels. To ensure good quality, we choose to use high quality SUS304,SUS316 as raw material. Stainless steel panels are shaped by hydraulic press mold. Panels and accessories are welded at site by arc-argon welding machine. The welding surface is washed and passivated by acid to ensure the welding parts will not get rusted.
Single panel can be with size 1000x1000mm,1000 x 500mm and 500 x 500 mm.

Order NoticeSpecify the tank dimensions,location of pipe joint,pipe diameter and mounting height when placing the order.It is advisable that the water temperature is within the rang of 4-50°C.Higher temperature application shall be declared for special ordering.The weight bearing shall be checked by structural designer.In case the pipe joint is located at the sheet seam, we will make adjustment and notify customer,without changing pipe diameter.Groundwork shall be completed according to the foundation drawing before mounting.The base number of tank length,width,and height is 500mm,respectively.Standard sizes include 1000x1000,1000x500,and 500x500,with a thickness 5,6,8,10,12,14,16,18and 20mm.SMC water tank uses inwardly or outwardly dished construction.The former has a larger safety factor and is hard to break when exceeding the rated pressure.The construction is optional depending on customer need.
