Function and usage
W402 Water Vapor Permeability Analyzer is using Infrared sensor method, is a high precision testing equipment with machinery, electronics, software. Used in the water vapor permeability analysis of plastic film, composite film, sheet, metal foil and plastic, rubber, paper, glass, , bottle, bags, cans, boxes and other packaging container.
Through PC connect, this equipment supported by professional software which can real-time control, parameter setting, test results preservation and printing.

Working principle
Using infrared sensor method. The sample divide the chamber to up chamber and down chamber. The Nitrogen with stable humidity flowing in the up chamber, dry Nitrogen is flowing in the down chamber; Because the differential of humidity, water vapor will transmit from high humidity chamber to the low humidity chamber through the sample. The water vapor through the sample will carried by the dry Nitrogen to the infrared sensor. Through the sensor output signal of sample can reach water vapor transmittance parameters. For packaging container, dry nitrogen is flowing in container, outside the containers is high humidity condition

Infrared sensor method.
Use USB to connect the machine with the computer, the machine is with 2.4 "true color" touch screen, can set the parameters, display the testing curve and report. The machine is with operation system, can operate independently(without computer).
Adopt international advanced electromagnetic temperature control technology, and the program step by step system can control temperature elevating freely, without external accessories, temperature control precision accurate to 0.1 º C.
