However, oil based means oil resins dissolves into flammable, explosive, toxic solvent.
The advantage of water based is it belongs to non-risk chemicals, in which there are no limits during the transportation. While, the oil based resins, paints are classified with Grade 3 flammable liquid. VOC ( Volatile Organic Compounds) occurs during its production and usage. HN-102 is an aqueous dispersion based on copolymer of styrene and acrylic. It belongs to the universal purpose emulsion for wall paints/coatings. The dispersion is especially suitable for those applications with high demands regarding water and alkali resistance. It is also with outstanding scrub resistance and good shear stability.APPLICATIONS ·Interior wall paints/coatings ·Exterior wall paints/coatings PACKING AND STORAGE ·It is packaged in 200kgs/1000kgs barrel and soft packing of 20 tons for containers. ·The allowable weight deviation is 1kg for 200kgs barrel and 2kgs for 1000kgs barrel. ·The minimum order should be more than 1 ton. ·The storage temperature is at 5-35 degree Celsius for 6 months. Exposed in direct sunlight or placed at minus 0 degree Celsius is prohibited.
