INTRODUCTION:
HJG-W series rig is a versatile crawler hydraulic wells-geothermal drill rig with internal combustion driven, which is meticulously designed and lean manufactured in our company. All the key parts of the rig are imported from foreign country to ensure the stability of the rig function. The rig maximum drilling depth is up to 300 meters, the hole diameter 105~254mm, can satisfy the different geological environment warm engineering, groundwater, hydro geology exploration, piling foundation and some other project required. The rig can replace equal imported production and performance-price ration is more outstanding. The whole machine has the advantages e.g. big power of engine, big output torque, high working efficiency, flexibility, good stability and multifunction, etc.

HJG-W series Wells Geothermal Drill rig is widely used in drilling operation such as drilling well, geothermal air conditioning well and exploration well, etc. In stone drilling, DTH hammer is applied in the operation, slag is discharged by air pressure, the drilling efficiency is ten times of the traditional rotary drilling. Cutting drilling or cone drilling can be operated in the unconsolidated layer, mud and slag can be discharged. The machine is suitable for drilling in complicated geological conditions.
2. Control board.
Control handle centralized control, easily operating, All drilling operations are processed on platform which is set in the left of wellhead. The operator can operate the drill at the side of the drill. It improves the safe factor.
3. Engine.
The driving system is diesel engine driven. Cummins 125 hp engine special for industry, drive hydraulic pump and motor which provide strong power for all actions of the machine.
4. Undercarriage.
The drill rig adopts self-propelled hydraulic track
chassis which is reinforcement durable. Track shoe is especially widened and that effectively increases stability and maneuverability of drill rig working on soft and muddy ground. Four hydraulic cylinder legs which controlled separately keep the rig with high drilling accuracy.
5. Rotary head.
The torque of power rotary head driven by imported double hydraulic motor is up to10000Nm, which can adjust the rotary
speed of 0~150 rpm.
6. Hoist & feeding system.
The combination of the oil cylinder and the wire rope provides strong driving force for the system. The sliding rank with newly designed structure, the compensation structure and the drilling frame provides strong support and long life time.
7. Winch system.
Hydraulic motor-powered winch can flexibly hoist less than one and a half tons of drilling tools or accessories.
8. Wrench hydraulic cylinder.
Hydraulic cylinder-powered wrench can disassemble all kinds of joints quickly and lighten labor intensity.
9. Air filter.
Two-stage air filter can filter over 90% of dusts in the air inflow, which can effectively reduce the abrasion of engine, prolong the lifetime and be used in various severe working conditions.
10. Footplate.
The operator can stand on the footplate with enough areas avoiding mud under feet.
