The characteristics of machine:
1. Overall welded and overall processed structure, and ANSYS finite element analysis software is applied to main parts of the machine body for analysis, which has ensured the reliability of machine and the precision of entire machine.

The numerical control system adopt special system for electrohydraulic servo bending machines of Italian ESA, Netherland DELEM, or Switzerland CYBELEC Company, able to achieve the functions of graphic programming for bending angle, compensation for angle amendment, automatic calculation and adjustment of bending pressure, automatic calculation of compensation for workbench distortion, extending length of workpiece, bending pressure for sole pressing, open distance, and automatic retreat of back gauge, etc.

4. The high precision linear encoder is setted in slider to improve the accuracy of bending plate
5. Gear pump, low noise and reliable
6. New style Digit type manual crowning conveniently mounted on the right side of the bed enabling operator to adjust simply by rotating the dial whilst the analogue digit system indicates the amount of movement
