2. Use low-oxygen combustion to reduce the excess oxygen in the flue gas to prevent and reduce the conversion of SO2 to SO3. However, this method has high technical requirements for boiler equipment, requiring it to have complete combustion equipment and combustion detection instruments.
3. Add additives to the flue gas to neutralize SO3 to prevent the generation of sulfuric acid vapor. This method can stably maintain the working efficiency of the boiler, but increases the operating cost. In addition, it is necessary to clean up the neutralization products in time.
4. The preheater product is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as glass tube, enamel tube or ceramics, which has good anti-corrosion effect and stable boiler efficiency. But the disadvantage is that the cost is high and the air leakage coefficient is large.
