Western-style ham meat from tproducts are greatly different raditional Chinese ham (such as Jinhua Ham) in terms of shape, processing techniques, flavor, etc. According to the pattern and techniques, it can be classified into following categories: Ham with bones, boneless ham, fillet ham, Rax ham, fermented ham and the finished ham.
The original meat will first be preserved with salt and then added with flavorings, put into bags or containers for shaping, and boiled to become the finished ham. There are many types of finished ham.
