A: Yes, all salt is mined directly from the Himalayas in the Punjab region of Pakistan, 100% Authentic can be ensured. Both certificate of authenticity and certificate of origin can be provided.Q3: What certification you have for your electric cord, plug and bulb? Which countries your salt lamp can be exported to?
A: For electric cord, plug and bulb we used, with all required certification for exporting (CE, ROHS, SAA, VDE, and ASTA,etc.) Our salt lamps can be exported to USA, Canada and Europe for sure, but also in the Middle East, Latin America, New Zealand,Australia and some Asian countries.
Q4: How long is your delivery time /leading time?
A: Normally one container order of Himalayan Salt Lamp with 3-5 sizes /items mixed needs 7-10 days. Mainly it depends on your order quantity and the complexity of products you purchased. For regular sizes /items Salt Lamp we have stock all year round,order QTY between 100-1000pcs can be finished within 3days.Q5: Do you provide sample? What’s your MOQ for salt lamps? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can offer sample. MOQ for salt lamps is usually between 5-10pcs. Extra sample fees and air freight cost will be charged according your sample request.
