Overview:

2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are suitable for pumping the gases and steam. Its suction pressure can reach 33mbar (abs) (i.e. 97 % vacuum degree). If the transformer oil is used as the operating liquid, these pumps are called oil ring vacuum pump and the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (abs) (i.e. 99 % vacuum degree). So the oil ring vacuum pumps can replace the reciprocated vacuum pumps completely. When the liquid ring vacuum pumps work under the condition near the limited vacuum for a long time, it is necessary to couple with the cavitation protection pipe in order to get rid of the screaming and protect the pump.When the 2BV series are used as compressor, it should pay attention to the discharge pressure and select suitable motor power as the increase of the discharge pressure will increase the 2BV pump power.
Structure and features:

The direct connection of the motor and pump with the same shaft saves space and is convenient to install.

Adopting mechanical seal as standard equipment, which eliminates leakage and makes the maintenance convenient.

Stable working and the noise can low to 62 decibel.

Unique design of flexible discharge port will not cause over compression which therefore, makes sure the best efficiency of 2BV in the performance scope.

All the 2BV series have the connection port of the cavitation protection pipe. E.g. when the pump work under limited pressure, opening the connection port of the cavitation protection pipe or connecting with the separator can eliminate the cavitation sound under the condition that the suction effect can be made sure at utmost and protect the pump.

All the roughs of all the models in the 2BV series adopt precise casting( stainless steel and normal material).

All the components are processed precisely by the CNC lathe, and the mechanical seal adopts imported johncrane or Dalian Bergman to ensure the precision.

All adopt NTN or NSK imported bearing.
