The main features of our wire saw machines:
1. Variable wire speed range from 0-40 M/S
2. Automatic step-less tensioning system to keep the wire always in optimal working condition.
3. Motorized rotation of driving wheel holder from 0-3600 with limit protection for over movement.
4. Motorized lateral extension of flywheel shaft position +/- 350-400mm with limit protection for over movement.
5. Maximum travel speed on rail without loading 1.75 Meters/Min.
6. Safety alarm and stop system in case of unexpected wire break or any other faults.
7. Distant control with very simple panel to operate the saw with better safety easier understanding to the operator.
8. Separate automatic reset selection switch to control the rotation and lateral extension movement; Which can be take off when it is no need.
9.20 second main motor start alarm sound and flash light to warn around people leave away.
10. Big and strong steel frame with dimension of 2m length, 1.4m width and 1.3meter height which allows more inside space for easier maintenance and repairment.
11. General gross weight: 2500-3400kgs; General volume dimension: 4-7cubic meter (with packing)
Remarks:
1. Schneider or Siemens inverters are available as per customer's requirements.
2. Standard power supply is 3-phases, 380Volts, 50Hz, other types could be ordered by customer.
3. We are in a position to design the Wire Saw Machines as per customer special requirement.

1. The type of your stone quarry (granite/marble/ limestone/ travertine/ sandstone or else)
2. Main power of wire saw machine you required (Normally we suggest 37KW or 45KW wire saw machines for Marble quarry, and 45 or 55kw wire saw machines for granite quarry)
3. The rated voltage and electrical current of power supply
4. Special requirements (if any).
