1. Introduction of Pellet Cooler:
Feed Pellet Cooler is mainly used for cooling of pellet feed in the feed pelleting section.
It cools the pellet feed coming from pellet mill and with a temperature of 70°C-90°Cto a temperature 3°C~5°C
slightly higher than ambient temperature, and is capable of lowering to a safety moisture content. The cooled
pellets not only improve the pellet firmness but also can prevent from going mouldy, that it is good for the
transportation and storage of pellet feed.

2. Features of Pellet Cooler:

1) The counter flow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and
moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack
caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets. At the Same time,
The airlock is used for feeding and space of air inlet bigger,therefore it can get better cooling effects.
2) Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging,low residue.
3) Low pow consumption, easily operation.
4) Pellet temperature after cooling is less than 3-5ºC ambient temperature.

5. Pellet feed of wide source of raw materials:

6. The Whole process for producing pellet:
1.The crushing process:
Raw materials into the shredder is broken into customer requirements of size granular, crushed particles passing
through the mesh into the crushing chamber and then is discharged from the discharge port. The user can accord
ing to the needs of the particle size selection screen.
2. Mixing, pellet process:
The crushed particles in the mixer is fully stirred and uniformly mixed, enter into the ring die pellet machine to make
them pellet.
3. Cooling, sieving process:
Granular semi finished products in the SH series plane revolving grading sieve for grading
and two circular grinding process and the number of particles, powder for cleaning and
grading. Discharging port is the streamline shape design, not the material deposition, to avoid cross contamination.
4. Packaging process:
The packing process includes two parts: one is hosting part, the other one is packing part. The hosting machine
will promote pellets from low to the top with its little hoppers, then drop the pellets into Packing Machine, with the
automatic sealing system, the pellets can be packed into bags.
