1. Way of delivery: by Sea or Railway or truck based on needs
2. Shipping model: by normal container and flat rack or bulk cargo based on differnent capacity. We have stable and experienced cooperate shipping company, and we will suggest suitable container.
3. Customers specifying freight forwarders or we send bottom shipping price from our forwarder partner for your reference, negotiable shipping methods.
4. Packing: nude for boiler main part in nude, accessories in export-use wooden box.
5. Payment Terms: T/T, LC; 30% deposits; 70% balance before delivery.
7. Our service

1.Payment Term, Delivery time & Validity Time.

(1)Delivery time 25-30 days counting from the date of collecting down payment.

(2)30% as down payment by TT, 70% by TT before delivery. Or by LC.

2.Inspection & Testing.

(1)Making following test before delivery.

(2)Hydrostatic test, ensure the standard working pressure and safety.

(3)100% X-ray NDT (non-destructive inspection) report of steel plate, tube and welding rod, to ensure the quality of the entire boiler.

3.Supervision of boiler Installation and Commissioning Service.

Supervision of installation and commissioning the equipment within delivery scope is available by our service team. But the Buyer will be only in charge of:

(1) The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.

(2) Board and lodging of seller's workers for the entire period at the end-user's site.

(3) Necessary communication cost.

(4) Service fee of Seller's worker: USD 100/day/person, for the entire period at the end-user's site.

4.After sale service.

When the guarantee period is finished, the seller should provide product technical consults for free, and provide spare parts with favorable price.

5.Guarantee policy.

The guarantee period of the mechanical equipment and machines supplied by Henan yuanda shall be twelve(12) months commencing from commissioning date or 18 month from delivery time, whichever comes earlier.
