Application:
It's used to produce PVC/WPC ceiling or PVC/WPC wall panel with different size, such as 300mm, 600mm and so on.
Material batching mixing-extruding-molding-vacuum calibrating and cooling-hauling-cutting- final PVC ceiling.
Product features:
1. This plastic production line is suitable for the production of PVC and WPC as raw material products.
2. By replacing the mould, the same production line can be used to produce PVC/WPC ceiling panel, wall panel, U-Clip, flooring, lines etc.
3.Depending on the different products, this production line can be configured with on-line hot printing and off-line lamination.
Production process:
On-line hot stamping process
Raw material mixing→ Screw feeder → Extruder → Mould → Vacuum forming tank→ Hot stamping machine →Haul-off machine→ Cutting machine → Stacker(finished product)
Off-line transfer laminating process
Raw material mixing→ Screw feeder → Extruder → Mould → Vacuum forming table→ Haul-off machine→ Cutting machine → Transfer table→ Lamination machine → Stacker(finished product)
Waste plastic treatment
