Features:

1. This machine uses PLC fully automatic control screw and hydraulic system drive high pressure cylinder as piston reciprocating movement to sand powder pressure and forming.
2. The total installed power is only 26.5kw.
3. The output can reach up to 300-600kg/h (according to client's material).
4. The cylinder return cycle: 8s-10s per cycle.
5. Biomass fuel is of high purity and does not contain other sundries that do not generate heat. Its carbon content is 75-85%, ash content is 33-6% and moisture content is 1%-3%. It absolutely does not contain coal gangue, stone and other impurities that do not generate heat but consume heat.
6. The volume of wood powder is reduced by 10 times after being pressed by the block press, which is convenient for storage and no dust.
