Technical feature
Warping device:
a .PLC is adopted to control the integrated structure of machine,electricity and gas of the whole machine. PLC, rotary encoder and servo motor closed-loop online are used to detect the yarn displacement in the warping process, which ensures the precision of warp yarn displacement up to 0.01mm.
b .the color selection of warp yarn adopts the rotating cylinder made by Japan SMC company, which ensures the reliability and accuracy of yarn changing quickly and effectively.
c. The winding of warp yarn adopts ac variable frequency governor, and the winding speed of warp yarn and the corresponding winding speed and yarn changing speed are detected online.
d .the splitting of warp yarns adopts modular design with stable and reliable structure and low split error rate.
Pour shaft device:
The frequency converter controls the winding speed of the inverted shaft to ensure the constant winding speed of the warp yarn, the pneumatic pressurized damping structure and the uniform tension of the warp yarn.
Warping creel:
a Pneumatic blowing structure is adopted to prevent tension relaxation of warp yarns and avoid relaxation of tension of warp yarns of various colors during yarn changing , which is beneficial to uniform tension of sheet yarn.
b The detection of broken yarn of two yarns and the prevention of double winding structure interact with each other, which greatly increases the reliability of self-stop of broken yarn and self-stop of double winding yarn.
Control system
a Hardware:Siemens PLCS7-200,DonGYUAN AC servo control system, Taiwan MINGWEI switching power supply, Emerson inverter, Schneider low voltage electrical appliances.
