Installation step instructions:
Step1: Pour about 18L of purified water into the water chiller (distilled or deionized water, the water level is the green range)
Step2:Connect Aviation Plug
Step3:Connect the main power cord
Step4:Connect the argon pipe
Step5:Connect the argon meter and the argon cylinder(the output gas volume in the argon meter is required to be 10-15L/Min)
Step 6: Turn on the main power supply and turn on the air switch of the unit
Step7: Twist the START button
Step8:Turn on the emergency stop switch
Step9:Connect the power cord of the wire feeder
Step10:Press the red power switch of wire feeder, turn the black switch to automatic
Step11:Install the wire feeder head(1. Put the wire feed head in the welding head 2. Align the welding wire with the welding copper nozzle 3. Fix the screw of the wire feed head)
Step12:Install the wire feeder, twist the switch to the manual wire feeding, it will become automatic wire feeding
