Overview:
The XGW-12 outdoor ring-main switching station is a kind of 12 kV outdoor complete ring-main switching station designed by our company for the power system, used to replace traditional substation. The product features short production time, strong completeness, small volume, solid and compact structure, high reliability, good protection performance, convenient installation and repair, fast installation and commissioning, less land-use area, and unlimited installation sites, making it a typical design scheme for modern substations, and a new complete device for the development and reform of urban and rural power grids. Model Description
Structure and Characteristics:
The structure and material of the ring-main switching station are basically the same as that of the combined transformer. However, since the structure of the ring-main switching station is relatively small, thin stainless steel sheets are used for the enclosure material of the housing, as a reasonable option.
In addition, due to the small volume, usually only the exhaust system of natural convection is used, without additional forced exhaust system.
Technical Parameters:
Installation base:
a)The base plane of the substation in place shall be at least 1200mm greater than the overall dimensions (single side) of the structural style determined by the required substation.
b)In principle, the manufacturer will provide the base and cable inlet/outlet construction reference drawings to the user within 15 days prior to delivery of the products.
c)Grounding electrodes shall be buried around the base of the ring-main switching station. The transformer grounding and arrester grounding can share the same grounding system. The grounding leads that lead to the substation base platform should not less than two, and their grounding resistance R shall be ≤ 4Ω .
d)When the ring-main switching station is installed in place, the four mounting supports of the base must be fixed with four anchor bolts or fixed with expansion bolts of M16 high length (strength). The gap between the substation base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering into the cable compartment.
e)After the cable enters the cable compartment, the gap between the cable and the pipes must be sealed and waterproof.
Ordering Instructions:
The buyer shall provide the following information to our company:

a)The product name, model, specification, scheme (or primary connection diagram) number, quantity and delivery term.b)The name, type, specification and quantity of the main electrical components installed in the substation.c)The structure type, material, paint color of the case, otherwise as the standard color provided by the manufacturer.d)For special requirements, the buyer may consult with the manufacturer.

Note: Since the structural style of the ring-main switching substation and the material of the case have different types, their prices vary a lot; therefore, the structural style must be clearly indicated the material according to the Ordering Instructions; otherwise, they will be provided as the company's standard structural style.
