XHJ-350 Automatic steel bar truss welding line (the range of wave crest is between 190-210; adjustable)
It provides the dedicated device for steel bar truss welding line, and the welder is mainly for processing the truss to weld.

1. Wide usage: a. the range value of height of truss; b. the size of the diameter of rebar: upper string: 8-12mm, down string: 6-12mm, web member: 4-8mm.
2. Easy to adjust: the main engine in the steel bar truss welding line adopts the whole frame, and the whole power-driven machine can be adjusted up or down, in order to meet requirements of steel bar truss with different height.
3. The structure of the overall production line is compact, with small floor space and nice appearance.
4. Power saving: a. the straighten framework would be driven and straightened by the oil cylinder with zero power; b. in the operation, except to the three transformers and hydraulic station, other portions has no power.
5. Corrugation pitch of steel bar truss is 190-210mm, which is adjustable and no need to cut manually.
6. Common rebar welding doesn't need to de-oxidation processing (it is adaptable to the cold rolling and hot rolling rebar weld).
7. Application: It can be applied in the industries like floor support plate with floor support plate, PC unit and railway sleeper.
