1. XM115 Noodle Production Line is an automatic noodle machine which manufacture

fresh noodles.

2. Capacity of Vacuum Flour Mixer is 25kg, the vessel could turn over 180°. Vacuum

degree is up to -0.09Mpa.

3. Speed of the whole noodle producing line is determined by the speed of noodle

cutting parts.

4. Rollers adopt SUS304 Stainless steel, Japanese Reducer, Mitsubishi frequency

transformer, NSK Bearings.

5. XM230 Noodle producing line adopted photoelectric control.

Structure: Consists of vacuum flour mixer, flour curing system, rough flattenning system,

compound system, flattener system and noodle forming system. Automatic production

from flour to noodles can be realized continuously.

Control: The production lines can be operated as a whole group; or each single unit can

also be started separately.
