Overview
The YB series high / low voltage prefabricated substation (also known as box-type substation or combination substation, hereinafter referred to as the "substation" } is a new product newly developed by the company. based on the advantages of the American type, the European type and domestic box-type substation, in light of China's national conditions, the product adopts new materials, new technology and advanced components and parts. It is a three-phase AC 50Hz# 12kV complete set of compact power distribution unit that is composed of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers and low-voltage electrical equipment and used in indoor and outdoor environment. It is mainly suitable for urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural construction, residential quarters, high-tech development zone, small and medium-sized factories, mining and oil fields and temporary construction sites and other places, used as the acceptor and distributor for a distribution system, or as a distribution system for ring main, dual power or radiation terminal in a high-voltage system. The substation can also be applied with high and low voltage electrical automation technology. The high voltage side can meet the requirements of the electric power department in respect of power distribution automation; the low voltage (0.4kV) side can meet the requirements of the property management company in respect of intelligence management. It can set in the center station or the office of the property management company as the host computer to carry out "four remote1 (remote metering, remote communications, remote regulating and remote control) system management. When multiple intelligent substations are connected "hand in hand" to form a ring-main unit for power supply, with the help of independent software, it can realize fault section automatic positioning, fault removal, load transfer, network reconstruction and other functions, thus ensuring power restoration in one minute.
Model Description
Structure

a)The skeleton of the basic frame structure of the substation is made of channel steel, angle steel and steel plates, and is coated with a layer of required boards (except for non-metallic cement case). All ferrous metals in the substation are treated by surface corrosion protection to ensure that no corrosion will occur for a long time. b)The equipment at high voltage side shall, in principle, use load switch ring-main cabinet, or circuit breaker cabinet if necessary (or centrally installed cabinet), which must have a full range of mal-operation function. c)The transformer in the substation can be selected according to the user's needs. The user may select dry type transformer or oil immersed transformer.
d)The switchgear at the low-voltage side can be selected as W series frame-type circuit breakers and M series molded case circuit breakers. The low-voltage outlet circuits may vary according to the user's needs, up to a maximum of 30 ways. The installation method is generally fixed installation. The cabinet structure can be assembled with the fixed frame in which the substation is welded together or with GGD standard cabinet. Special installation method also includes withdrawable installation such as GCK cabinet.
e)The protection performance of the substation is perfect, easy to operate. It has high and low voltage measurement options available; it can also be quipped with automatic reactive power compensation device if the user requires.
f)In order to ensure the safe operation of the substation in the hot season, in addition to natural ventilation in the transformer compartment the substation also is equipped with temperature control ventilation device which automatically switches as the temperature changes.
g)In each compartment of the substation, there is lighting device which turns on or off as the door is open or closed, facilitating maintenance and testing.
h)According to the needs of reactive power compensation, the user can configure power capacitors, whose capacity is generally 30% to 50% of the capacity of the transformer.
i)According to the user's needs, the substation can be equipped with an automatic anti-condensation controller to ensure
that the product runs safely in high temperature, rigid cold, high humidity areas..

Technical Parameters
Installation base
a)The base plane of the substation in place shall be at least 1200mm greater than the overall dimensions (single side) of the structural style determined by the required substation.
b)In principle, the manufacturer will provide the base and cable inlet/outlet construction reference drawings to the user within 15 days prior to delivery of the products.
c)Grounding electrodes shall be buried around the base of the substation. The transformer grounding and arrester grounding can share the same grounding system. The grounding leads that lead to the substation base platform should not less than two, and their grounding resistance R shall be 4Q.
d)After installation of the substation, the four mounting supports of the base must be fixed with four anchor bolts provided by the manufacturer or fixed with expansion bolts of M16 high length (strength). The gap between the substation base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering into the cable compartment.
e)After the cable enters the cable compartment, the gap between the cable and the pipes must be sealed and waterproof.

a)The product name, model, specification, scheme (or primary connection diagram) number, quantity and delivery term, b)The name, type, specification and quantity of the main electrical components installed in the substation.c)The structure type, material, paint color of the case, otherwise as the standard color provided by the manufacturer, d)For special requirements, the buyer may consult with the manufacturer.


Note: Since the structural style of the substation and the material of the case have different types, their prices vary a lot; therefore, the structural style must be clearly indicated according to the structural style and material in Table 1 (can be expressed in the product model); otherwise, they will be provided as the company's standard structural style.
