Description of Juice Filling Machine:
Juice Filling Machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt; it holds the bottles by the neck when transporting. Juice Filling Machine is used to fill still water into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.
Integrated three function:
1. Rinse the empty pet bottle,
2. filling the rinsed bottles,
3. capping the filled bottles
Rinsing Part:
Neck Control with plastic snap on the gripper.Water distributor combined with Food Grade Rubber plate & SUS304 cover.SUS304 water collecting tray
Spraying inject design, can completely washing the bottles.
Filling Part:
The entire filler is gravity filling system .High accurate SUS304L construction filling nozzle, make sure high accurate filling level SUS304L liquid bowl, & pipeline system .Filling level adjustable by choosing different silicone gasket (quick change over parts) No bottles, no filling .Annulus Liquid bowl, with automatic water level controller.
Capping Part:
Place & capping system .Automatic caps arranging, feeding .Electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function ,all 304stainless steel construction .No bottle no caps delivery. Automatic stopping when lacking ofbottle.

Technical Features
Full filling avoids the bottle distorted after cooling and reduces dissolved oxygen at the maximum degree.
Product storage hopper and feed system adopts reasonable product feed design (constant flow, constant pressure, no foaming). Usually, the high-level tank is used for feeding product.
Product hopper with reasonable structure (exhaust, fully close, temperature can be detected). Medium and high speed line adopts product distributor instead of large liquid carousel, which can be cleaned completely by pressure cleaning with CIP.
