ZTP5073ZZZ self-loading type garbage truck is a special vehicle designed for municipal sanitation garbage collection and transportation. Combined with the track of operation and feedback from end users in Zhangjiagang, Changshu , Nantong, Shandong and other places, advantages of the original model ZTP5070ZZZ have been applied and enhanced by adopting original mature technology.

With a 3308mm wheelbase and 1120mm width unloading door, this model vehicle can work at various garbage compression stations, and it can move freely through narrow streets.
The truck is equipped with lifting mechanism at right side of the tank. And the lifting hanging frame can work with all 240 type residence garbage bins (specification: 102x59.05x74 cm or 90x60x75 cm).
The streamlined tank designed and manufactured by our company perfectly matches with the NAVECO chassis, which makes the whole vehicle streamline very smooth. The section is a trapezoidal box body; and the side wall is flat without ribs, which enjoys the characteristics of large volume, high strength and high reliability. III. Cab-humanization design
1. Exquisite workmanship for the cab, the streamlined body design is elegant and generous, and drag coefficient is further reduced;
2. Panoramic large curved laminated windshield makes vision wider. And security is better;
3. The new two-color instrument desk is exquisitely crafted;
4. The door can be opened at 30 degrees, 60 degrees and 90 degrees, which is convenient for up and down;

Upper part of vehicle

I:Effective volume of the carriage is above 7.0 CBM, and high-quality alloy steel plates are adopted for carriage production. The bottom of the carriage is of channel steel structure and its thickness reaches 5 mm. And thickness of bottom floor & side wall is respectively 4mm & 3mm. The side wall of carriage is flat without reinforcing bars.
II:All steel plates of tanks will be treated with pickling phosphate, which makes them corrosion-resistant& anti-rust. Also tanks shall be treated with cathode electrophoresis.And this process could make sure the carriage can work at least 6 years without going rust.

III:The compartment is equipped with a pushing shovel compression unit which can push the garbage collected inside the carriage to effectively improve the use of the carriage.
IV:Double two-stage cylinders are adopted for the tilting of the carriage to ensure the lifting height of the compartment and the stationarity during the lifting process.The hydraulic control system is convenient and simple.
V:Interlocking system between garbage hoisting and pushing board movements is designed to avoid garbage scattering and components damage due to wrong operation.

VI:Large volume stainless steel drain tank is installed at the bottom of the container; its function is to collect sewage during transportation and compression. And sewage will be discharged by drain pipe.
VII:The oil temperature scale is added to the hydraulic oil tank to keep track of the oil volume in the hydraulic system.

VIII: All hydraulic valves, oil cylinders, oil pipes, valve blocks, oil pumps, PTO are from domestic well-known brands. And quality claims caused by non-human factors within warranty period, assembly parts will be sent for replacement without charge.

IX:The bucket lifting device can work with 120# & 240# dustbins. And detailed size of dustbins are of 102 x 59.05 X 74 mm & 90 x 60 X 75 mm.
