1. Application:
Wood pellet making line is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel for burning purposes.YFK series efficient centrifugal pellet mill is our initiative patented product in China through meticulous research and development. It is widely used for the recycling usage of wastes and tailings in biomass fuel plant,wood processing plant ,fertilizer plant,chemical factory,foctory,foodstuffs factory and brewery.

2. Raw material:
Yufchina biomass wood pellet mill is able to produce cylindrical pellet, and thus be widely used in pelletizing wood, sawdust, crop straw (rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalks, sorghum stalk, soybean stalk, cotton stalk, grape straw, peanut seedlings, and sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut-off head, bamboo debris, bagasse, etc.
3.Process:
a.Crushing Process:
Depending on the different kinds of raw materials, we will supply suitable crushing machines.
1) When the raw material is wood log with diameter less than 300mm or tree stamp, our wood chipper machine and wood crushing machine are your best choices.
2) While Hammer Mill is widely used to crush each kind of straw, wood chip, tree branch, bark and leftover bits from agricultural wastes.
3) The suitable moisture content in the Crushing Process is less than 20%, and the thickness of wood chip is less 5mm.
b.Drying Process:
1) The best moisture content for pelletizing is about 8-15%.
2) Our advanced Rotary Dryer is made up of a Burning Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can reduce the moisture from 60% to 10%, and save about 30% energy consumption comparing the old Rotary Dryer.
3)Our burning stove is fueled by coal and wood material, which can save electricity consumption largely. If the clients want to use other fuel such as gas and electricity, one Burner is necessary, while extra cost will be charged.

c.Pelletizing Process:
1) raw mterials requirement:
moisture : 8-15%
feeding length size: less than 8mm
2) service life:
ring die (alloy steel): 800-1200hrs;
ring die (stainless steel): 1200-1800hrs;
roller assembly: 700-800hrs.

d.Cooling Process:
1) after pelletizing: 60-80 degree, moisture content about 15%; soft and easy-crack;
2) after cooling: close to room temperature,moisture content abour 10%, and very hard.
3)according to the feedback of some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity; They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8oC.

e.Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process. To avoid wood pellets be affected by damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, the packing machine will pack the wood pellets into bags for storage, which is easy for transportation.
