2. The basic structure of Yunxi Shaking Table. It is composed of deck, deck head and driving merchandise three parts. The support and feed through are made up the deck. Deck has coarse deck and carving groove deck. According to feed ore sizes and ore density, proper deck type is chosen (attached forms). Deck connected by the hook on the deck head supports the driving merchandise. With the push of deck head, the deck moves back and forth. The deck head moves under the eccentric shaft driving the eccentric roller to make rocker supporting arm moving. Like: The rocker supporting arm drives connected the screw to make screw moving back and forth. The lubricant bearing is used the ZOSN5-5-5 material which has low noise and moving neatly. The driving merchandise used to adjust the slope of the table, used hand wheel to adjust the slant splint so the deck's slope produced.
