Lobes roots vacuum pump is a kind of coarse vacuum vacuum equipment, compared with the water ring vacuum pump, with high efficiency, small volume, light weight obviously, its power consumption is only about 50% of the water ring vacuum pump power consumption, thus has been widely used in papermaking, food, chemical industry, clothing, sugar and other vacuum dehydration and pump used in cigarette industry. The suction medium may be dry, wet air or gas-water mixture gas but the medium shall not contain granular solid material.
Working principle
The main pump body at both ends and a pair of '8' shape composition.There is a certain gap between the working faces of the "8" shaped rotor, and the two rotors have a certain relative position to determine each other. Therefore, adjusting the clearance or relative position of the two rotors is realized by adjusting the relative position of the synchronous gear. The motor drives the active rotor through the triangle belt, and drives the other rotor through the synchronous gear to make the two rotors continuously rotate synchronously. When working, the suction side volume expands, the side volume shrinks, and the exhaust suction is completed, resulting in the vacuum of the system.The outlet of the pump body is provided with a silencing box with stable pressure and sealing effect to improve the working efficiency of the pump body.
